  • Once you have found what you are looking for, be sure to check the delivery times & double check your sizing before placing your order.
  • Place your order – you are one step closer to your feet treats!
  • Sit back & relax. To keep you in the loop we provide a unique tracking number for every delivery which you will receive via email & SMS; this means you can track your purchase all the way from despatch.
  • Your purchase will be delivered by Royal Mail. All that is left to do is work out the rest of your outfit.

Returns & Exchange

There is no escaping it, returning items is a chore, but unfortunately it is sometimes unavoidable. So we will be offering FREE returns on orders over £50.

With Only MinX returning or exchanging an item is as simple as 1,2,3

  • Complete the online returns form. You will then receive an email confirming your return notification. At this stage you will be asked to send us your items.
  • Please send us back the returned item in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any items that have been damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. (orders over £50 will be emailed a free returns label)
  • We strongly advise that all items be returned via a recorded method of delivery. Please ask for a "proof of posting" certificate from your Post Office or carrier.

And that is it. Our hard working team do the rest. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your replacement product or refund.
