Body Smoother slips on after bath and helps you fragrance last all day or all night. 200ml Provides immediate hydration without leaving a greasy residue to moisturise and relieve dryness. Smoothes body skin. A combination of rose essence, sandalwood and chamomile has toning and astringent qualities that also give a sense of calming. Civet and jasmine, ylang ylang and oakmoss provide stimulating appeal while at the same time soothing the senses. Soft, creamy lotion contains the famous Aromatics Elixir perfume.

You will then have 7 days to collect your package from your local sorting office. If you do not collect it within 7 days your package will be sent back to us. Please note that we cannot process any exchanges or refunds until an item has been sent back to us when a return to sender has occured. This is a strict policy so please make sure that you collect your package before the 7 days is up.

Returns

There is no escaping it, returning items is a chore, but unfortunately it is sometimes unavoidable.

 

  • Complete the online returns form. You will then receive an email confirming your return notification. At this stage you will be asked to send us your items.
  • Please send us back the returned item in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any items that have been damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. (orders over £50 will be emailed a free returns label)
  • We strongly advise that all items be returned via a recorded method of delivery. Please ask for a "proof of posting" certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
